About the position
Residence and yacht in Monaco, frequent receptions and business dinners; Format: full-time, live-out (accommodation provided); 6 days a week in season with overtime compensation
Key responsibilities
Serving breakfasts, lunches and dinners at the residence and on the yacht; formal protocol table setting; wine selection and service together with the chef; serving receptions of up to 40 guests; care for collectible tableware and linen; bar stock control; greeting and escorting guests
Requirements
At least 3 years as a steward or fine dining waiter; knowledge of wine lists and service rules; French or English; yacht experience is a plus; excellent physical condition; references
