Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy describes how the home-staff.org website (hereinafter — the "Site") collects, uses and protects users' personal data.
1. Information collection
We may collect the following information:
- — Name, phone number and email address provided when filling out an application form on the Site.
- — Resume and professional information when applying for vacancies or filling out the job-search questionnaire on the staffintl.com website.
- — Technical data: IP address, cookie files, browser and device information.
2. Use of information
The collected data is used for:
- — Processing applications and providing services.
- — Recruitment and communication with clients or candidates, including sending notifications and vacancy offers by phone, email and via messengers (including Viber, WhatsApp, Telegram).
- — Proposing and aligning vacancies with candidates, presenting candidates to clients.
- — Improving the operation of the Site and personalising content.
We do not send mass vacancy mailings to random or non-consented contacts. Vacancy offers are sent in a targeted manner and in a reasonable volume, taking into account the candidate's questionnaire and stated preferences, so as not to offer vacancies that clearly do not match their request and profile.
The company does not recruit staff or offer vacancies related to knowingly illegal activities, violations of applicable law, or work that may pose a clear threat to the candidate's life, health or dignity. When such offers are identified from third parties, the requests are rejected.
3. Sharing information with third parties
We do not sell or transfer your personal data to third parties, except where necessary to fulfil your requests (for example, providing candidate data to a client as part of recruitment, and only to the extent necessary to evaluate the candidacy).
4. Data storage
Data is stored for the period required to provide services, recruit staff and provide subsequent support, or in accordance with legal requirements. Any user of the Site may request the complete deletion of their data by writing to the official email or to the company chat.
5. Information protection
We take technical and organisational measures to protect personal information from unauthorised access, alteration or destruction.
6. Consent to data processing and receiving messages
By filling out the candidate questionnaire on staffintl.com, as well as by submitting their contact details and resume in any other way, the candidate confirms that they have read and agree to this Privacy Policy and, in particular, that:
- — they grant the right to use the provided contact details to communicate regarding job placement and vacancy offers;
- — they agree to receive informational and service messages, as well as personalised vacancy offers via the channels they have provided, including phone calls, SMS, email and messengers (including Viber, WhatsApp, Telegram);
- — they consent to the processing of their personal data for the purposes of vacancy selection, presenting their candidacy to the company's clients, and sending notifications and clarifying requests related to job search.
7. Your rights
You have the right to request access to your personal data, its correction or deletion, as well as to withdraw consent to the processing of personal information.
You may at any time refuse to receive messages by sending a request to the email specified in the "Contacts" section of this Privacy Policy, or by sending us a messenger message with the text "STOP" or any other unambiguous notification of refusal of further messages.
