About the position
Villa in Ibiza used seasonally by the family and guests; staff of 4; Format: full-time, live-in (separate apartment on the property); 5/2 off-season, extended hours in high season with compensation
Key responsibilities
Running the villa year-round; coordinating staff and contractors; preparing the house for family and guest arrivals; budget and purchasing management; overseeing the pool, garden and equipment; arranging transfers, bookings and events
Requirements
At least 3 years of experience managing a villa or hotel; Spanish and English; budget and contractor management skills; resilience; driving licence; references
