About the position
Mountain chalet in Aspen with surrounding grounds; Format: full-time, live-out (accommodation provided); 5 working days, paid vacation
Key responsibilities
Seasonal grounds care: garden, lawns and irrigation in summer; snow removal, driveway upkeep and heated-path servicing in winter; minor repairs to the house and outbuildings; generator and garden machinery maintenance; monitoring the property and ordering supplies
Requirements
At least 3 years of experience as a handyman or gardener; snow removal equipment skills; basic repair skills; conversational English; driving licence; references
