Estate in Napa Valley with a vineyard and garden; Format: full-time, live-in (separate house on the property); 5/2 schedule, health insurance, work visa assistance
Key responsibilities
Care of the garden, lawns and ornamental plantings; drip irrigation maintenance; assistance with vineyard care; pool and garden machinery servicing; minor repairs around the grounds; coordinating contractors and seasonal workers
Requirements
At least 3 years of experience as a gardener; knowledge of drought-tolerant plants and irrigation systems; confident conversational English; driving licence; references; willingness to pass a background check
