About the position
Chalet in Gstaad, family of 5 with regular guests; Format: full-time, live-in (private room with bathroom); 5/2 schedule, 30 days paid vacation, insurance
Key responsibilities
Preparing breakfasts, lunches and dinners; European and Asian cuisine; seasonal menu design; working with premium products and suppliers; catering for receptions of up to 25 guests; preserves and wine pairing together with the butler; strict sanitary control
Requirements
Professional education and at least 5 years of experience including fine dining; command of several cuisines; English, German is a plus; readiness for irregular hours in high season; impeccable references
