About the position
Family of 4, villa on the French Riviera; seasonal live-in position (separate studio); full-time, 5/2 schedule, relocation with the family to Paris for the winter season
Key responsibilities
Preparing breakfasts, lunches and dinners for the family; Mediterranean and French cuisine; creating menus based on preferences and seasonality; shopping at local markets; catering for receptions of up to 20 guests; quality and food safety control; maintaining kitchen cleanliness
Requirements
Professional culinary education; at least 5 years of experience in a restaurant or private household; knowledge of Mediterranean cuisine; French or English; accuracy and resilience; portfolio and references
