Villa in Marbella, family of 4, seasonal residence with guests; Format: full-time, live-in (private room with bathroom); 5/2 schedule, paid vacation, annual flights home
Three typical requests we hear from families living in –
The child has just started at a local school or nursery and everything around is in a foreign language. A Russian-speaking nanny takes the stress out of the first months: she explains what is unclear, helps with homework and remains the adult the child can always understand.
Bilingual children lose Russian quickly if it is barely spoken at home. A native-speaking nanny gives live daily practice: reading, conversation, games and lessons in Russian, so the language stays natural rather than becoming a school subject.
Parents no longer have to translate instructions or explain the household routine. A nanny who shares your language and mindset immediately understands your expectations about the daily schedule, food, discipline and safety.
What nannies do we present to families
Before concluding a contract and discussing your request in detail, we can send you several nanny profiles as examples, however their current availability and relevance to a specific vacancy will need to be clarified separately.
Russian-speaking nannies in any country
We place nannies with native Russian for families in – — for those who live between two countries, spend seasons abroad or are only planning to relocate. We take into account visas and work permits, the nanny's readiness to relocate and to travel with the family.
Why a family needs a Russian-speaking nanny
Challenges we solve by finding a nanny for your family:
- Preserving language and culture: systematic development of proper Russian speech
- Educational support: help with homework from the local school
- Psychological adaptation: emotional support for the child after relocation
- Preventing language attrition in bilingual children: daily reading, writing and conversation practice
- Transparent communication with parents: exact understanding of all instructions and requests.
- Shared cultural background: alignment on fundamental views regarding discipline, daily routines, ethics, and care standards.
- Emotional relief for the child: the opportunity to fully rest at home and communicate in their native language after a demanding day.
Extended duties (relocating with the family, travel, household assistance, schedule management) are discussed separately and fixed in the agreements.
Why choose Royal Keeper when hiring a nanny
We help families skip months of searching and connect directly with vetted nannies — locally and worldwide
Royal Keeper has a large private database: we have been working since 2000, and many nannies deliberately do not post their CVs online or enter the open market. You gain access to experts impossible to find through regular listings.
When a family is suddenly left without a nanny, independent searching takes weeks. We already know who is currently available and can present first candidates quickly — especially important when a child simply cannot wait.
Situations where a nanny leaves are inevitable. That is why the agency exists: we do not leave the family to face the problem alone — we launch a new search and help organise a smooth transition to a new specialist.
When relocating to another country it is hard to know where and how to find a nanny locally, whom to trust, and what the market expects. Royal Keeper operates worldwide and helps find nannies in different countries, taking language, culture, and legal nuances into account.
Over the years we have built extensive candidate histories: we know where and how they worked, which families recommended them, and how they handled challenges. This lets us filter out suspicious and unqualified profiles before they ever reach your interview stage.
Most families who first try to find a nanny on their own encounter the same difficulties — lack of time, uncertainty, and the risk of making a mistake. Royal Keeper takes care of all that so you can focus on your family instead of endless interviews.

How we recruit staff
We discuss the family's lifestyle, schedule, level of responsibility, and service expectations — not just a list of duties.
We record all key collaboration terms in an individual contract. After signing, the team launches the project.
We run an extensive search, interview candidates, and verify their experience, references, and work history.
You receive a shortlist with detailed profiles and recruiter notes; interviews are arranged with selected candidates.
We help agree on terms, support onboarding, and remain available for any questions after the candidate starts.
Safety and privacy
standards
standards
We work with private households where what matters
is not just skills, but the nanny's ethics too.
Verified experience in private households and checked references.
Competency-based interviews: reactions to non-standard situations, approach to discipline, gadgets and personal boundaries.
Confidentiality: ban on publishing family photos and information, NDA on request.
VIP environment understanding: many nannies have already worked in public and international families.
