What kind of nanny do you need
We select not just a "nanny for a child", but a specialist tailored to your lifestyle, schedule and geography.

Nanny for a child / day nanny
Help with care, routine and child development, while the nanny lives separately.

Live-in nanny
Suitable for families with busy schedules, night flights and non-standard days.

Newborn nanny
Support in the first months of life, helping mum and building a sleep routine.

Governess / educational nanny
Focus on learning, languages and school preparation while maintaining care.

Travel nanny
Accompanies the family on trips and seasonal relocations, keeping the child's routine stable.

Rotational nanny
Two nannies working in shifts of several days/weeks to ensure uninterrupted care.
International nanny placement and relocation support
We support families living across multiple countries, spending seasons abroad, or planning relocation. We consider visa requirements, languages, cultural specifics, and the nanny’s readiness for travel.
What nannies do we present to families
Before concluding a contract and discussing your request in detail, we can send you several nanny profiles as examples, however their current availability and relevance to a specific vacancy will need to be clarified separately.
What a nanny does in your family
The functionality is always tailored to the family, but most often it includes the following.
Child care and daily life
- Daily care, nutrition, hygiene, walks.
- Keeping the nursery tidy, washing and ironing children's clothes.
- Accompanying to kindergarten, school, and activities.
Development and emotional wellbeing
- Age-appropriate games and activities, reading, creativity.
- Supporting daily routines and healthy habits.
- Gentle discipline, respecting the child's and parents' boundaries.
Extended duties (travel, household assistance, schedule management) are discussed separately and fixed in agreements.
Why choose Royal Keeper when hiring a nanny
We help families skip months of searching and connect directly with vetted nannies — locally and worldwide
Limited access to strong candidates
Royal Keeper has a large private database: we have been working since 2000, and many nannies deliberately do not post their CVs online or enter the open market. You gain access to professionals impossible to find through regular listings.
Time and speed of response
When a family is suddenly left without a nanny, independent searching takes weeks. We already know who is currently available and can present first candidates quickly — especially important when a child simply cannot wait.
Uncertainty when a nanny leaves
Situations where a nanny leaves are inevitable. That is why the agency exists: we do not leave the family to face the problem alone — we launch a new search and help organise a smooth transition to a new specialist.
Search when relocating or abroad
When relocating to another country it is hard to know where and how to find a nanny locally, whom to trust, and what the market expects. Royal Keeper operates worldwide and helps find nannies in different countries, taking language, culture, and legal nuances into account.
Risk of fraud and unqualified candidates
Over the years we have built extensive candidate histories: we know where and how they worked, which families recommended them, and how they handled challenges. This lets us filter out suspicious and unqualified profiles before they ever reach your interview stage.
Most families who first try to find a nanny on their own encounter the same difficulties — lack of time, uncertainty, and the risk of making a mistake. Royal Keeper takes care of all that so you can focus on your family instead of endless interviews.

Search and selection
We run an extensive search, interview candidates, and verify their experience, references, and work history.
Finalist presentation
You receive a shortlist with detailed profiles and recruiter notes; interviews are arranged with selected candidates.
Onboarding support
We help agree on terms, support onboarding, and remain available for any questions after the candidate starts.
Safety and privacy
standards
standards
We work with private households where what matters
is not just skills, but the nanny's ethics too.
Verified experience in private households and checked references.
Competency-based interviews: reactions to non-standard situations, approach to discipline, gadgets and personal boundaries.
Confidentiality: ban on publishing family photos and information, NDA on request.
VIP environment understanding: many nannies have already worked in public and international families.

Service pricing and cooperation terms
Agency Fee
Ranges from 12% to 22% of the specialist’s annual salary and depends on the country of recruitment, the level of the position, the urgency of the search, and the selected contract format. The replacement guarantee period ranges from 6 to 12 months, and the number of replacements depends on the selected contract.
Fee Payment
Payment is made in two stages: an initial deposit is required to confirm the order and start work on the request, and the remaining balance is paid after the candidate has been approved.
Special Terms
Special conditions are available for returning clients, repeat requests, and orders involving the selection of several specialists for one family.
Nanny for your child
Are you looking for a trusted nanny for your child whom you can truly rely on? Our agency selects professional nannies for children of all ages – from newborns to school-age kids – taking into account your child’s routine, temperament, and individual needs.
We run a multi‑stage screening process, including personal interviews, reference checks, verification of in‑home experience, and assessment of each nanny’s ability to provide safe care, engaging activities, and outdoor time. Every nanny is familiar with modern childcare practices, basic child psychology, and first aid principles.
You can hire a newborn nanny, a live‑out day nanny, a part‑time nanny, or an overnight nanny, depending on your family’s schedule. We help you define the role, agree on the timetable and responsibilities, and build a long‑term cooperation that is comfortable for both your family and the nanny.
