When a Family Needs a Live-Out Housekeeper
A live-out housekeeper suits families who need regular help at home but not a live-in employee. She comes at agreed hours, handles cleaning, laundry, ironing and errands, and leaves, giving the family its personal space back. In a live-out arrangement, punctuality, independence and the ability to keep the whole house in order within limited hours matter most. We select housekeepers who live nearby, work to a clear schedule and follow the rules of your household.
Privacy comes first
The family does not want staff living in the house permanently: the housekeeper does her work during the day and leaves in the evening.
Apartment or smaller house
There is no separate room for staff, but the home still needs regular, high-quality cleaning and care.
A few days a week
Full-time employment is not needed: the housekeeper comes two or three times a week or only in the mornings.
Parents work during the day
The housekeeper tidies up, does the laundry and buys groceries while the family is out, so the evening is free.

Service pricing and cooperation terms
We work transparently: you understand the interaction format and fee structure in advance.
Ranges from 12% to 22% of the specialist’s annual salary and depends on the country of recruitment, the level of the position, the urgency of the search, and the selected contract format. The replacement guarantee period ranges from 6 to 12 months, and the number of replacements depends on the selected contract.
Payment is made in two stages: an initial deposit is required to confirm the order and start work on the request, and the remaining balance is paid after the candidate has been approved.
Special conditions are available for returning clients, repeat requests, and orders involving the selection of several specialists for one family.

Royal Keeper recruits live-out housekeepers with experience in private households. Candidates go through a personal interview, reference checks with previous employers and a security check. We consider where the candidate lives, punctuality, experience with delicate materials and privacy requirements.
Possible schedules include full-time on a 5/2 basis, part-time mornings or evenings, two or three days a week, or scheduled deep cleaning. The agency helps draft the job description, agree duties and working hours, and supports the family after the housekeeper starts.
