Service pricing and cooperation terms
We work transparently: you understand the interaction format and fee structure in advance.
Ranges from 12% to 22% of the specialist’s annual salary and depends on the country of recruitment, the level of the position, the urgency of the search, and the selected contract format. The replacement guarantee period ranges from 6 to 12 months, and the number of replacements depends on the selected contract.
Payment is made in two stages: an initial deposit is required to confirm the order and start work on the request, and the remaining balance is paid after the candidate has been approved.
Special conditions are available for returning clients, repeat requests, and orders involving the selection of several specialists for one family.

A Russian-speaking housekeeper is the natural choice for Russian-speaking families living abroad. She understands what is needed without long explanations, communicates easily with children and grandparents and shares the family's familiar way of life. A Russian-speaking housekeeper runs the household: cleaning, care for delicate surfaces and the wardrobe, laundry and ironing, shopping and errands, and, if needed, cooking familiar dishes.
Royal Keeper recruits Russian-speaking housekeepers for families in Europe, the UAE, the USA and other countries. Every candidate goes through a personal interview, reference checks and a security check. We consider the right to work in the country, knowledge of the local language for everyday matters and readiness to live in.
Possible schedules include full-time or part-time, live-in and travelling with the family. The agency drafts the job description, agrees schedule and duties, and supports the family after the housekeeper starts.
