Why choose Royal Keeper when hiring a head of family office administration
We connect HNW families with proven heads of family office administration, providing access to specialists who manage complex households with precision and discretion
Limited access to qualified candidates
Royal Keeper maintains an extensive private database built over years of international work. Many experienced heads of family office administration do not publish their profiles publicly. This gives clients direct access to professionals unavailable through standard channels.
Rapid access to vetted specialists
When a family office requires leadership, delays are not an option. Our established international network allows us to present qualified heads of administration within days, ensuring operations continue without interruption.
Continuity during leadership transitions
Should an administrator depart, we manage the transition discreetly and efficiently, sourcing a replacement who maintains established standards and family protocols without operational disruption.
Global reach for cross-border placements
When relocating to another country it becomes difficult to identify where to source a qualified head of family office administration, whom to trust and how to navigate local regulations. Royal Keeper operates internationally and assists in locating specialists across jurisdictions, taking into account language requirements, cultural context and legal procedures.
Risk of engaging unqualified or unreliable candidates
Over the years Royal Keeper has accumulated detailed professional histories of candidates. We verify previous places of employment, references from client families and the manner in which specialists handled complex administrative tasks. This allows us to exclude questionable or insufficiently experienced profiles before they reach the interview stage.
Most families who attempt to find a head of family office administration independently encounter the same challenges: lack of time, uncertainty about qualifications and the risk of an unsuitable appointment. Royal Keeper manages the entire process so clients can focus on their family and business rather than lengthy candidate screening.
