When a Family Needs a Newborn Nanny

A newborn nanny helps families navigate the first months of a baby’s life with greater calm, confidence, and safety. Families most often come to us when they need overnight support, help for a mother after childbirth, a live-in nanny, a nanny for relocation to another country, or an experienced caregiver for a baby from the very first days of life. Parents are not simply looking for a kind person — they need a nanny who truly understands newborn care: sleep and wake routines, infant hygiene, gentle daily care, and the importance of following the family’s preferences. We introduce exactly these kinds of candidates to private families worldwide.

After the hospital

A newborn nanny supports the family during the first weeks after birth, taking care of the baby’s basic daily needs, helping maintain a calm routine, and giving parents time to recover.

Overnight support

Ideal for families who want to establish a more manageable night routine, reduce the mother’s workload, and receive professional support during the most demanding hours of the day.

For the first months of life

If your baby needs gentle, consistent care from birth, we can introduce a nanny with hands-on experience caring specifically for newborns and young infants.

Live-in

An ideal format for families who need ongoing support with a newborn, greater flexibility in scheduling, and a stable caregiver consistently nearby.

Nanny profile examples

What nannies do we present to families

Before concluding a contract and discussing your request in detail, we can send you several nanny profiles as examples, however their current availability and relevance to a specific vacancy will need to be clarified separately.

  • Caring for the baby’s wardrobe, personal belongings, stroller, and nursery space.
  • Maintaining order in the baby’s area and ensuring the cleanliness of care items.
  • Accompanying the baby on walks, to doctor’s appointments, or during travel at the family’s request.

Nanny placement geography

International nanny placement and relocation support

We support families living across multiple countries, spending seasons abroad, or planning relocation. We consider visa requirements, languages, cultural specifics, and the nanny’s readiness for travel.

Why choose Royal Keeper when hiring a nanny.

We help families skip months of searching and connect directly with vetted nannies — locally and worldwide

Limited access to strong candidates

Royal Keeper has a large private database: we have been working since 2000, and many nannies deliberately do not post their CVs online or enter the open market. You gain access to professionals impossible to find through regular listings.

Time and speed of response

When a family is suddenly left without a nanny, independent searching takes weeks. We already know who is currently available and can present first candidates quickly — especially important when a child simply cannot wait.

Uncertainty when a nanny leaves

Situations where a nanny leaves are inevitable. That is why the agency exists: we do not leave the family to face the problem alone — we launch a new search and help organise a smooth transition to a new specialist.

Search when relocating or abroad

When relocating to another country it is hard to know where and how to find a nanny locally, whom to trust, and what the market expects. Royal Keeper operates worldwide and helps find nannies in different countries, taking language, culture, and legal nuances into account.

Risk of fraud and unqualified candidates

Over the years we have built extensive candidate histories: we know where and how they worked, which families recommended them, and how they handled challenges. This lets us filter out suspicious and unqualified profiles before they ever reach your interview stage.

Most families who first try to find a nanny on their own encounter the same difficulties — lack of time, uncertainty, and the risk of making a mistake. Royal Keeper takes care of all that so you can focus on your family instead of endless interviews.
