We work transparently: you understand the interaction format and fee structure in advance.
Ranges from 12% to 22% of the specialist’s annual salary and depends on the country of recruitment, the level of the position, the urgency of the search, and the selected contract format. The replacement guarantee period ranges from 6 to 12 months, and the number of replacements depends on the selected contract.
Payment is made in two stages: an initial deposit is required to confirm the order and start work on the request, and the remaining balance is paid after the candidate has been approved.
Special conditions are available for returning clients, repeat requests, and orders involving the selection of several specialists for one family.

A French-speaking caregiver is needed by families whose elderly relative lives in France, French-speaking Switzerland, Monaco or Belgium, and by French-speaking clients in other countries. French is a working tool here: the caregiver uses it with the family doctor, nurses, pharmacy and social services, reads prescriptions and fills in paperwork. If the client or their children speak Russian or English, we select a caregiver who is also fluent in that language.
Royal Keeper selects French-speaking caregivers with medical training and experience in elderly care, including dementia, recovery after a stroke or surgery, chronic conditions and limited mobility. The caregiver monitors medication and wellbeing, helps with hygiene, meals and mobility, accompanies the client to doctors and procedures, and supports a steady routine and emotional wellbeing. A caregiver does not replace a doctor and follows the doctor’s instructions.
Every candidate is vetted: an interview in French, education documents, references from previous employers and a background check. We place live-in, 24-hour and day-shift caregivers, help draw up a contract that meets local requirements and support the adaptation period.
