When a Family Needs a Caregiver for the Sick
A caregiver for the sick takes over the daily care of a person who can no longer manage without help: hygiene, medication, meals, mobility and monitoring their wellbeing. Families most often come to us when a relative is returning home from hospital, recovering from a stroke, fracture or surgery, or living with cancer or dementia. It is not enough for the family to find a kind person — they need a caregiver with experience of that exact condition, who understands the specifics of care, notices worrying changes and knows when to call the doctor. After hospital or surgery

Ranges from 12% to 22% of the specialist’s annual salary and depends on the country of recruitment, the level of the position, the urgency of the search, and the selected contract format. The replacement guarantee period ranges from 6 to 12 months, and the number of replacements depends on the selected contract.
Payment is made in two stages: an initial deposit is required to confirm the order and start work on the request, and the remaining balance is paid after the candidate has been approved.
Special conditions are available for returning clients, repeat requests, and orders involving the selection of several specialists for one family.

A caregiver does not replace a doctor: the scope of medical tasks depends on the prescriptions and on the rules of the country where they work.
We offer different formats — live-in, 24-hour, day or night shifts — and for patients with complex needs we arrange round-the-clock care with a team of two caregivers.
