What kind of caregiver do you need
We select not just a caregiver for an elderly person, but a specialist tailored to your family's lifestyle, schedule and geography.

Live-out caregiver / hourly
Assistance with daily care, routine and companionship, while the caregiver lives separately.

Live-in caregiver
Provides continuous presence for families needing assistance at any hour, including nights and irregular schedules.

Specialises in managing chronic conditions, medication schedules and monitoring vital signs with professional precision.

Companion caregiver

Why choose Royal Keeper when hiring a caregiver
We help families skip months of searching and connect directly with vetted caregivers — locally and worldwide
Limited access to strong candidates
Royal Keeper has a large private database: we have been working since 2000, and many caregivers deliberately do not post their CVs online or enter the open market. You gain access to professionals impossible to find through regular listings.
Swift access to experienced professionals
When urgent care is needed for an elderly family member, independent searching takes valuable time. We maintain a ready pool of vetted caregivers and can present suitable candidates promptly.
Continuity of care during transitions
Should a caregiver need to leave, we handle the replacement process seamlessly. Our agency ensures minimal disruption to the established routine and emotional well-being of the elderly person.
Global reach for international families
When relocating abroad it becomes difficult to identify caregivers who understand local medical regulations, visa requirements and cultural expectations around elder care. Royal Keeper maintains an international network and selects professionals who can relocate with the family while meeting specific health and legal standards.
Risk of unqualified or unreliable caregivers
Without thorough background checks families may entrust elderly relatives to individuals lacking medical training or verified experience. Royal Keeper maintains detailed candidate histories, verifies references and excludes profiles that do not meet professional geriatric care standards.
Families seeking caregivers often face uncertainty about qualifications and long-term reliability. Royal Keeper handles verification and selection so you can focus on your loved one’s comfort rather than administrative concerns.

Caregiver companion for elderly
Need a reliable caregiver for your elderly loved one whom you can trust with what matters most? Our agency selects professional caregivers for seniors requiring care and support, taking into account the daily routine, health condition, personality, and specific needs of your loved one. We conduct a multi-stage selection process: personal interviews, reference checks, verification of experience working with seniors in family settings, and the ability to organize daily care, walks or outings, meaningful interaction, and safe caregiving. Each caregiver masters modern methods of communication with the elderly, knows the basics of elderly psychology and first aid. You can choose a caregiver for an active senior, a companion caregiver, a caregiver for bedridden patients, for full-time or part-time work, as well as a night caregiver or live-in caregiver. We help you prepare a detailed job description, coordinate the schedule and responsibilities to ensure comfortable cooperation for both the family and the specialist.
